What do you sell?

Answer: Tarheel Physicians Supply (TPS) focuses on Complete medical practice setups, revenue enhancing solutions, and quality disposable medical supplies . We pride ourselves on being your Medical Equipment Specialist .

How do I order?

Answer: We offer the convenience of ordering thru your specific sales rep, calling in an order, faxing, e-mail, or ordering thru the website. Please create an account, submit, and we will respond back with a secure user-name and password for you to log-in on www.thetps.com.

Do you charge Shipping?

Answer: We offer free shipping on all orders over $150.00. We will deliver most equipment in person, install, and in-service at no additional charge.

Do you participate in Group Purchasing Programs?

Answer: Tarheel Physicians Supply is an authorized distributor of MedAssets Group Purchasing Organization. A Group Purchasing Organization, referred to as "GPO", is an entity that helps health care providers realize savings and efficiencies by aggregating purchasing volume and using that leverage to negotiate discounts with manufacturers, distributors and other vendors.

TPS has developed a custom “Matrix” program to assist medical facilities in improving operational efficiencies and to provide products and services which assist in revenue generation for the facility.

How do I pay my monthly statement?

Answer: We offer many options for paying your monthly statement.

Terms typically are set at Net 10 Days End of the Month. This means if you order on the 1st of the month, you have approx. 40 days to pay. If you order on the 30th of the month, you have approx. 10 days to pay.

Payment can be received by check, with Credit Card, or check by phone. We can receive funds via ACH deposits if preferred as well.

Do you accept returns?

Answer: We accept returns on all products specifically not marked "product non-returnable" as long as the product is in re-saleable condition. Please contact your sales rep to initiate an authorization for return.
